At the beginning of 2018, the International Business Department received an inquiry for a truck scale from a Slovenian customer and proposed to design the weighing platform according to the customer's base, and the surface of the scale body needed to be galvanized.

Due to the daily business, almost no customers have put forward such large-scale galvanizing requirements for the weighing platform, and at present, the state has strict environmental protection control and strict qualification review of galvanizing suppliers. However, in order to solve the problem for customers, we contacted and investigated many parties, and finally found a galvanizing supplier that met the requirements, and determined that we could provide services according to the special needs of customers.

In the product galvanizing stage, in order to ensure the quality, the company specially sent people to the site to check the galvanizing process, and the supplier also specially arranged senior engineers to guide the production on site. After the scale body is galvanized and shipped back to the company, in order to prevent the scale body from deformation, threaded hole blockage, installation dislocation and other unexpected situations due to galvanizing, we have formulated a scheme of pre-assembly of all weighing platforms in the production workshop to ensure that all threaded holes can be screwed up, and all connecting plates, mounting plates, etc. can be smoothly docked.
